Mohammad Kia

Mohammad Kia is an experienced arbitrator and Group Contracts Director specializing in contract management and dispute resolution. Currently leading the contract operations at Depa Group, they have over two decades of experience in construction law and civil engineering, focusing on FIDIC contracts and contract compliance. Previously, Mohammad served as Contracts Manager at Depa Ltd and Castle Construction, as well as Contracts Manager at Sazeh. They hold a Master's degree in Construction Law from The University of Salford and a BS in Civil Engineering from Razi University, with ongoing studies at The University of Salford.
