Amy Cavalier

Amy Cavalier is a Communications & Development Specialist at DePaul, a not-for-profit agency focused on addiction prevention, affordable housing, and mental health programs since February 2012. Amy has extensive experience in communications, having previously worked as a Freelance Writer for Local News Inc. from 2004 to 2019, where responsibilities included writing, editing, and graphic design. As a Communications Specialist for Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES, Amy developed content for public information campaigns. Prior roles include Reporter/Editor at Messenger Post Newspapers and Senior Reporter at WRVO Stations, where investigative journalism was a key focus. Amy holds a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from the State University of New York at Oswego.
