Maureen Headley

Maureen Headley is a skilled Performance Engineer with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently working at DEPCOM Power, Inc. since August 2023. Prior to this role, Maureen held positions at Borrego, where responsibilities included fleet performance reporting and investigating underperforming sites, and as a Solar Monitoring Operator, managing real-time performance data and coordinating field technicians. Earlier experience includes serving as a Test Scorer and Team Leader at Data Recognition Corporation, where leadership skills were developed, and as a Renewable Energy Product Service & Warranty Diagnostic Engineer at General Electric, focusing on diagnostics for wind fleets.
