Ashley Sullivan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Research Assistant at Memorial University of Newfoundland, where they worked on the STePS^2 research project. Ashley then joined the Tetra Society of North America as a Community Representative, designing adaptive aids for people with disabilities. In 2013, they worked as an Integrity Engineering Coop Student at Husky Energy, creating maintenance plans and updating the Risk Based Inspection Strategy. Ashley also worked as an Academic Assistant at Memorial University of Newfoundland, assisting students with academic decisions. In 2014, Ashley returned to Husky Energy as a Subsea Controls Coop Student, creating technical training presentations and compiling equipment lists. Ashley later joined the Department of National Defence as an SAP PM Functional Analyst, assisting with technical maintenance and testing. In 2017, they co-founded Creatros Technologies Inc. and served as the Chief Operating Officer, offering intelligent skills tracking for technology companies. Finally, in 2022, Ashley became the Chief Operating Officer at dependbuild.

Ashley Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering, which was obtained from Memorial University of Newfoundland in the years 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, Ashley also completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics at the same university from 2001 to 2006. Presently, Ashley is pursuing a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at Memorial University of Newfoundland, starting from 2016. In addition to their formal education, Ashley has obtained certifications including SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and SAP Maintenance & Repair with ERP 6.0 EHP7 from SAP, as well as an ITIL 4 Foundation certification from Global Knowledge Canada.
