Jesse Garcia

Jesse Garcia is a Project Resource Specialist and Field I.T. Project Coordinator at Deployed Resources, LLC since June 2023. Previously, Jesse served as Underwriting Manager at USAA Real Estate from August 2012 to October 2022, leading a team of ten underwriters for a regulated online bank and implementing a Quality Assurance program. In addition, Jesse held the role of Senior Real Estate Analyst, where the focus included training a 20-member team and ensuring compliance with various underwriting practices. Jesse's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management from American Military University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The University of Texas-Pan American. Jesse also completed a Cyber Security Mentorship Program in 2023.
