Ryan Beardsley

Ryan Beardsley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field operations and customer service. Since April 2021, Ryan has held multiple roles at Deployed Resources, LLC, including Director of Field Operations Resources and Operations Specialist. Prior to this, Ryan worked at the Santa Barbara Zoo as a Landscape Horticulture Technician and gained retail experience as a Sales Associate at Play It Again Sports and Fitness, where responsibilities included ensuring customer commitment and organizing new products. Other roles include Program Coordinator at UCSC Rachel Carson Garden and Precision Machinist at D&R Grinding, with early experience in lift operations at Mammoth Mountain and as a Sales Associate at Swim-Gear. Ryan holds degrees in Environmental Studies and Environmental Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Ventura College, and California State University Channel Islands.
