Shawn Calley is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Executive Chef at Deployed Resources, LLC since February 2023, Shawn previously held the position of Executive Chef at Burlington Country Club from July 2015 to February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Culinary Operations at The Essex, Vermont's Culinary Resort & Spa from May 2010 to July 2015 and as the Chef Owner of Hearth and Candle from April 2008 to April 2010. Shawn's educational background comprises an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Pennsylvania Culinary (1995-1997) and a degree in Interpersonal Communications and Business from Central Michigan University (1992-1996).
