Cha Santos is currently the Chief of Staff at Deployed, specializing in outsourcing and offshoring remote teams. With a background combining 18 years of experience in the BPO and FinTech industries, Cha has developed a strong customer experience mindset and skills in strategic planning, project management, and operational support. Previously, Cha held various roles, including Operations Manager, Office Manager, and Administrative and HR Assistant, gaining expertise in compliance management, auditing, and team supervision. Cha earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 2004.
