Jen Cope

Jen Cope, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Finance at DEPLOY/US, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Operating and Financial Officer at the U.S. Center for SafeSport from October 2019 to December 2022, and Director of Finance & Operations at Friends School from February 2014 to October 2019. Jen held the position of Chief Financial Officer at USA Rugby from November 2003 to February 2014, and served as Controller at Aardvark Computer Services and Financial Controller at Jacor Communications earlier in their career. Jen's foundational experience includes tenure as a Staff Accountant at Phillips & Associates and work in the Controller's Department at Morgan Stanley Capital International, as well as a Senior Accountant role at Ernst & Young. Jen earned a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business in 1990.
