Michael Lehmann

Michael Lehmann is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in political and media relations. Currently serving as the Director of Communications Programs at DEPLOY/US since January 2021, Lehmann previously held the position of Communications Director for the Minority in the Select Committee on the Climate Crisis at the U.S. House of Representatives, where responsibilities included crafting statements for Congressman Garret Graves and managing social media accounts. Prior to that, Lehmann was the Director of Content and Social Media at Gen Next, overseeing content strategies and social media management. Earlier roles included Outreach Director at Restart America, Digital Director at Better for America, and Digital Campaign Standards Manager at the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Lehmann's educational background includes a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Yale University.
