Mikaël Versel

Mikaël Versel is a Senior Process Engineer at DePoly since 2024, leading the commissioning and start-up of the company's first full-scale production unit. Prior to this, Mikaël worked at Syngenta from 2016 to 2021, where they served as an Asset Manager and led a team to ensure production compliance and efficiency. They have extensive experience in production chemistries, having previously worked as a Production Chemist and Technical Asset Manager, where they focused on optimizing processes and implementing Lean initiatives. Mikaël holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Ecole d'ingénieurs et d'architectes de Fribourg, earned in 2012, and completed their laboratory technician studies at Institut universitaire romand de Santé au Travail from 2005 to 2008.
