Isca Bird

Isca Bird was awarded a BSc in Psychology with First Class Honours from the University of Exeter. They gained grounding in statistical analysis and data handling and developed an interest in human behaviour during their degree, which was completed in 2025. They held leadership roles in the University of Exeter Ladies Hockey Club, including Welfare Secretary and Ladies 6XI Vice Captain in their final year. They founded Depop in 2019 and continue to operate a personal brand selling preloved clothing, growing a follower base of 10,000+ and maintaining a 5-star rating with 500+ reviews. They are a waitress at The Newt in Somerset and completed a six-week Social Media Marketing Internship at Moorelly London in 2024.
