Kendal Jay A.

Kendal Jay A. serves as a Senior Talent Partner at Depop, focusing on DEI and employer branding, while co-chairing the Black@Depop Employee Resource Group. In this role since July 2021, Kendal is responsible for hiring within Depop's Commercial functions across the UK and US, and leading DEI talent partnerships and events. Previously, Kendal held multiple roles at SUMO London from September 2017 to July 2021, including Senior Recruiter for Social Media and Influencer Marketing, overseeing diversity and inclusion as well as employer branding efforts.
