Greg Erickson is an accomplished professional in the field of industrial and organizational psychology with a Master's degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Oregon State University. Currently serving as the Manager of People Insights at DEPT® since October 2017, Greg has successfully orchestrated a global engagement survey program, developed tools and educational programs for HR personnel, and expanded the reach of employee resource groups. Previous roles include People Business Partner and Manager of People Insight, where Greg demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, HR strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
