The centre has an attractive line-up of famous brands with over 200 household names, including Next, Zara, Mango, H&M, M&S, Pandora, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger and JD, with new additions in the last 12 months including Victoria’s Secret, Sea Salt and Castore. We’re proud also to be home to a 127,000 sq. ft department store for Frasers, Sports Direct, USC and GAME.

It is also home to a vibrant Food Terrace that includes popular eateries Popeyes, Tortilla and Burger and Sauce, a variety of dine-in restaurants and a leisure hub anchored by a 12-screen Showcase Cinema De Lux, Hollywood Bowl, Paradise Island Adventure Golf and the 640-seat Derby Theatre. With over 2,700 spaces, Derbion also benefits from bags of parking.

Our culture
As the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution and the site of the world’s first factory, Derby has a long history of innovation. It is known globally as a centre of advanced manufacturing expertise. Rolls-Royce came to Derby over 100 years ago and now has its global civil aerospace and nuclear HQs in the city. 

The city recently secured £12 million from the government’s ‘Getting Building Fund’ for the creation of a £300 million SmartParc - a 140-acre campus that will combine world-class food production facilities with shared utilities and will create 4,500 jobs.
