Megan Patrick has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Megan began their career as a LHRI Marketing Intern at the University of Leeds in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Digital Media Intern at Another Voice Ltd, where they managed social media feeds and conducted market research. Megan then joined Sporting Futures as a Marketing and Communications Officer, where they maintained outreach and communications through marketing events and partnerships. In 2017, they became the Head of Marketing at Derby County Community Trust, overseeing the marketing and communications department and leading various projects. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing at Derby County Football Club.

Megan Patrick's education history begins with their attending Littleover Community School from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained 11 GCSES A*-C including English and Math. Megan then went on to Millennium Centre Sixth Form from 2011 to 2013, studying English Literature, Biology, Chemistry, and Product Design (Textiles) for their high school degree. After completing their high school education, Megan went on to the University of Leeds, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from 2013 to 2016.
