Joanna Guo is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Global TA Leader at DerbySoft since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as TA Team Leader at Korn Ferry, where Joanna Guo led hiring for various business units under the WPP-GroupM RPO project. As a co-founder and consultant partner at a startup recruitment consulting firm, Joanna Guo established the Shanghai branch focusing on TMT industry recruitment. Additional experience encompasses leadership and recruitment roles at Talent2, SEPHORA, Wang & Li Asia Resources, and The Kerry Hotels, with a strong specialization in middle to senior-level positions across various sectors including management consulting, e-commerce, and retail. Joanna Guo holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from both Florida International University and Tianjin University of Commerce.
