Keith is responsible for the global customer satisfaction at DerbySoft and oversees all business operational items and employees outside of the APAC region. Keith started his career over three decades ago at Holiday Inn, where he launched the initial PMS for IHG. Keith later moved onto positions within DHISCO, Pegasus and HBSi before joining the DerbySoft team in 2011. Keith is based out of the Dallas office and travels extensively representing the company both internally at the six different DerbySoft offices as well as externally at industry events, networking alliances such as HEDNA and customer meetings around the world.
