Richard Chen

Richard Chen is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Sales Manager at DerbySoft since March 2021, Richard has effectively planned and executed sales strategies, collaborated cross-functionally to drive results, and built strong relationships with various stakeholders to enhance sales for the Property Connector SAAS product. Previously, Richard held the position of Assistant Director of Sales at Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel & Residences, overseeing business development and sales strategies, and acted as the Director of Sales, managing corporate and leisure segments. Richard's career began at Hong Qiao State Guest Hotel, where as a Senior Sales Manager, responsibilities included leading a sales team and conducting business intelligence analysis. Richard holds a Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School.
