Tracey Chen

Tracey Chen has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Tracey most recently worked at DerbySoft as a Senior Director Business Development and previously as a Senior Director, Corporate Services. At DerbySoft, they developed strategies and products for the Corporate Travel segment. Prior to that, they worked at Expedia, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager, managing strategic accounts and achieving significant revenue growth in the China and Taiwan market. Before that, Tracey had a long tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), where they held several roles including Director of Distribution Strategy, Account Director of Distribution & Intermediary Sales, Manager of Distribution Marketing, and Senior National Sales Manager. Tracey also worked at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Sales and at China Construction Group (Hong Kong) Dalian Site Office as a Senior Marketing Manager. Tracey started their career at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites as a Catering Sales Manager and at Sanwa Bank Dalian Branch as a Clerk. Throughout their career, Tracey has demonstrated expertise in business development, account management, and distribution strategy, particularly in the hospitality industry.
