Femke Hagg

Femke Hagg is currently the interim commercial director at Derec, where they hold overall responsibility for the company's commercial operations. With a background in sales and consultancy, Femke previously worked as an account manager and trainer across various organizations, including Maandag®, YER, and Daan BV. They also contributed as a volunteer with De Wereld van Simon, fostering understanding and connection among individuals. Femke's approach focuses on human-centered and commercial perspectives, optimizing processes and team placements when necessary.
