Tom van Manen

Tom van Manen is an operations director at Derec, where they oversee daily operations, including back office, HR, project management, and training programs. They began their career in recruitment in 2015 at YoungCapital and progressed through various management positions, including regiomanager at Nettstaff and vestigingsmanager at Start People. Currently, Tom leads a team responsible for educational training for teachers while focusing on process optimization and scalability. Tom holds an Associate’s degree in Human Resources Development from Noordelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden and a degree in Communication from Hanzehogeschool Groningen.
