Chris Horn

Chris Horn is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and product management across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Senior Vice President of Engineering at Deriv since November 2022, Chris previously held the role of Chief Technology Officer at IDZ LTD, where a new global identity for data ownership was developed. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at ONEm Communications Ltd, where a multi-channel application platform was created, and at Movirtu, where a successful acquisition by BlackBerry was achieved through a revamped product strategy. Chris's background also includes roles at Ericsson, Mobeon, Comverse Technology, Inc., and Sema Group, with a strong foundation in software engineering obtained from the University of West London.
