Prior to this, David was a Compliance Director at Wells Fargo covering the Bank’s Global Commodity Products Group and Swap Dealer. Before Wells Fargo, David was Special Counsel for the Division of Market Oversight at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
