Michael Armitage has extensive work experience in various technology and finance roles. Michael started their career as a Data Analyst at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in 2005. Michael then worked as an Associate Middle-Office Derivatives at BlueCrest Capital Management, LLP from 2006-2008. Following this, they joined Stanhope Capital LLP as a Senior Developer from 2008-2013. Michael then became the Chief Architect at BRT SA from 2013-2016. After that, they worked as a Solutions Architect at Sequel Business Solutions Ltd from 2016-2017. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Derivitec Ltd since 2017.
Michael Armitage obtained their A-Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Computing from SEEVIC College in the years 1999 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a BSc degree in Actuarial Science with a focus on Financial Mathematics from Cass Business School, from 2001 to 2004.
