Jackie Heikes has a long and varied work experience. Jackie began their career in 1976 as an Area Manager for Charles A Stevens Department Store, where they were responsible for store operations, traveling merchandising teams, and developing sales teams. In 1979, they moved on to become Store Manager for Miroballi Shoes, where they were responsible for store operations, sales, training, merchandising, buying, inventory control, and display windows. In 1990, they joined Revlon as an Events Coordinator/Ulitma ll cosmetics/Alexandra de Markoff. In 1995, they became an Account Executive for Bijan Fragrances, where they launched one Bijan fragrance and two new Micheal Jordan Fragrances. In 1997, they joined Christian Dior Couture as a Market Coordinator. In 2002, they became a Coordinator/Account Executive for Yves Saint Laurent, where they were responsible for event planning and executing events, scheduling and training make-up artist teams, and hiring and training counter managers. In 2005, they joined Cover FX Skincare Inc as a Cosmetic Retail Educator, where they developed their retail market in a 12 state area by increasing sales, meeting goals, training freelance team and store associates on product knowledge and technique, organizing events that increased business, and maintaining budgets. Finally, in 2012, they joined both DERMAdoctor, Inc. as an Education and Sales and IT Cosmetics as a Selling Specialist.
Jackie Heikes attended the Barbera Solomon School of Esthetics from 1991 to 1992. Jackie then attended Moraine Valley Community College from 1976 to 1979, where they obtained an associate's degree in Business/Managerial Economics. In April of 2002, Jackie obtained their (CFSS) Certified Fragrance Sales Specialist certification.
