Cintya Souza

Cintya Souza has experience working as an Assistente de E-commerce at Dermage starting from July 2021. Prior to that, they were an Estagiária de Comunicação Interna at L'Oréal from February 2019 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for graphic design tasks, operational control of communication platforms, and managing payments and vendor contracts. Before joining L'Oréal, Cintya also worked as an Estagiária de Técnico em Edificações at Prefeitura Municipal de Nova Iguaçu from July 2014 to January 2015.

Cintya Souza attended the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Social - Advertising and Propaganda. Prior to that, they attended FAETERJ-Rio from 2012 to 2014, completing their secondary education and obtaining a Technical degree in Building Construction. From 2009 to 2012, they took a language course in English at CCAA. In addition to their formal education, Cintya has obtained certifications in Design Thinking from Escola Conquer in December 2019, in FRACTAL - New Communication Protagonists from Perestroika in November 2019, and in Chora PPT, also from Perestroika, in August 2019.
