Steph Massing has significant experience in the beauty and personal care industry, currently serving as the International Business Development Manager for EMEA at Dermalogica since September 2019, after progressing from the role of International Business Development Specialist. Prior to this, Steph held sales leadership positions at Fenella Smith and ARRAN Sense of Scotland, as well as serving as National Account Manager at United Perfumes and Aromatherapy Associates. Earlier career roles include Head of Sales at Aromatherapy Associates and General Manager at Courtyard Spa, with foundational experience as a Consumer Advisor at L'Oréal. Steph holds NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy from Kingston College.
