Mary Pile

Mary Pile has a strong background in the medical device industry, with extensive experience in product development and operations. They served as a Project Engineer at Del Palma Orthopedics and later as a Project Engineering Manager at DeRoyal, where they managed engineering departments and led initiatives that improved change management processes. Mary has held multiple roles, including Engineering Manager and Product Director, overseeing new product launches and managing various product lines. Additionally, they were the Director of the Health Integrated Business and Engineering Program at the University of Tennessee, where they created and managed a unique program for undergraduate students.
