Leonard Munson

Leonard Munson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Portables Director at Derse since July 2022. Prior roles include Vice President Chief Ancillary Officer at Wesley Willows, where responsibilities encompassed operational management for over 700 residents and meeting a fiscal year 2021 operational budget of $11 million. Leonard has a strong background in dining services as Director of Dining Services at Morrison Community Living, where a focus was on contract analysis and client relationship enhancement. Previously, as President of USA Mobile Drug Testing in the Chicago Northwest Suburbs, Leonard initiated a startup that managed all aspects of business development. Leonard also led LGM Consulting, providing specialized training programs for government agencies, and served in the US Air Force as a Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape Instructor. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Operational Management from DePaul University and two Associate’s Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Instructional Technology and Military Science, as well as Survival and Rescue Operations.
