Ben Derwent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and talent management. As the Founder and Managing Director of Derwent since January 1997, Ben Derwent focuses on private equity relationships and board practices. Previously, Ben Derwent served as Chairman at My Career Lab from March 2019 to March 2020, promoting the necessity for organizations to up-skill and re-skill their workforce in response to evolving market demands. Additionally, Ben Derwent was Chairman of The Orchard Talent Group from February 2017 to March 2020, where efforts were concentrated on addressing talent acquisition and retention challenges in the Australian Aged Care Industry. Ben Derwent began their career as a Consultant at Morgan & Banks from 1989 to 1997.
