Luke Marshall

Luke Marshall is a Partner at Derwent, Australia's largest privately held search firm, leading the Private Equity and Retail & Consumer practices. They have an extensive background in executive search, having founded Emu Search and co-founded Amadeus Group, where they focused on Retail and Digital sectors. Previously, Luke held significant roles at SHK Asia Pacific, ADAPT Executive Search, PageGroup, and Quest Search and Selection, where they built successful recruitment divisions across retail and digital markets. Luke is currently pursuing education at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
