With over 20 years of experience in executive search, Mike leads the national Mining & Metals Practice, focusing on high-impact talent acquisition for Board and ‘C’ suite positions. Prior to Derwent, they managed the establishment of the technical recruitment function at Michael Page in Western Australia, contributing to the firm's profit performance. Mike holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management & Marketing from The University of Western Australia.
