More than just a place to relax and unwind, Deśa is a unique destination that inspires and re-aligns by reminding people that they are nature.

In 2019, Emma Flick realised a 20-year-old dream and opened Deśa Eco Retreat on the Surf Coast of Victoria. Since then, helping people connect with their authentic selves in the ocean, by a fire, through yoga, meditation or song is a privilege she relishes every day.

Nestled in nature, Deśa has been thoughtfully designed to support rest, realignment and deep transformation through yoga, wholesome, homegrown food and whole-body, nature-based experiences that stir the soul into conscious action. In addition to resort-style accommodation, Deśa also offers spaces for workshops, yoga practice and meditation, cooking classes, team-building and conferences.

The vision of Deśa is to provide guests with practical tools for living an energised life of purpose and fulfilment. At Deśa, we aspire to provide our guests an experience that will set them on a path to living truthfully, ethically and mindfully.
