Desai Management Consulting (Desai) is a Vermont-based minority-owned small business serving customers throughout the US and Canada. They provide consulting services that deliver value-based standard and custom solutions built on core service areas of Project and Business Process Management, with supporting services of Strategy Planning & Deployment, Organizational Change Management and Management & Leadership Training. These core service elements are combined using a methodology called ValueBlox, which supports both predefined and dynamically-configured solutions able to meet unique customer circumstances.

Desai applies these services and solutions utilizing an integrated framework for Strategy Execution that helps address customer business problems in context anywhere in the business lifecycle, quickly providing an understanding of related business factors. This approach ensures that problems are not solved ‘in isolation’. Related factors can be considered in crafting a fix, and fixes are crafted in light of overall business objectives, not simply to fix today’s immediate problem.

Desai and their customers partner for an improved ability to:
•	understand a problem’s related factors;
•	apply Change Management services so that problems stay fixed;
•	enable lasting continuous improvement;
•	identify and mitigate risks to business objectives;
•	align problem fixes with business strategy execution.

Desai offers a diverse mix of certified, skilled and experienced professionals ready to help solve customer problems, enhanced by 24x7 Knowledge Access to the team – around the clock and throughout the engagement. This is one of the reasons why Desai’s work comes with an unmatched Performance Guarantee that removes the traditional ‘fear of the unknown’ when engaging consulting services. Performance and deliverables will speak clearly – that they are meeting customer expectations – or there is no invoice!
