At its heart, the DeSantis Homes story is all about family. Ours, and yours. A story that all started when our founder Peter DeSantis built his first single house in 1959. A commitment and a legacy, both born out of a passion for homebuilding.

Over the past five decades Homes by DeSantis, has built thousands of family homes in the Hamilton, Halton and Niagara regions. Today, son Gabriel DeSantis has continued to uphold the traditions of old world craftsmanship and new world thinking that to this day are the hallmarks of Homes by DeSantis.

Whether it is an executive townhome, a condominium suite or a luxury single-family residence, every home by DeSantis is constructed with premium materials, the most meticulous workmanship, and thoughtful consideration towards today's value-conscious buyers. We offer a combination of quality materials and superior design, where every detail is meticulously crafted, and every enhancement you select is seamlessly added to create a customized home that is uniquely yours. At DeSantis Homes, we believe that preserving the natural environment is an integral part of creating a community you'll be proud to call home. That means everything from environmentally sensitive planning to energy-efficient home design.
