DesCare is building a society where no one looks at people’s disabilities or challenges, but rather at people’s abilities and strengths.

DesCare aims to be the leading provider of care and support staff to clients across areas in the South and West of England, and aim to be recognised as the industry’s gold standard. When you work with DesCare you can feel confident that you are working with a company you can trust.

Our large pool of nursing and care staff will ensure that your staffing needs are met quickly and efficiently. New team members are checked against the disclosure and baring services (DBS) and undergo pre-employment health screening, while also embarking on ongoing training and development across the board.
