ADEEL BABAR is a QA/QC Engineer at Descon since October 2022, where responsibilities include serving as a Graduate Trainee Engineer across multiple departments, specifically working as a Welding and Sand Blasting/Painting Inspector during shutdowns. ADEEL has assisted in developing Quality Inspection Plans and Project Quality Plans. Additionally, in the HSE Executive role, ADEEL compiled site data, generated progress reports, and collaborated on incident investigations. Experience also includes inspections in the Asset Integrity Department utilizing various testing methods. ADEEL completed a Future Leaders Internship Program at Descon, gaining training in Health Safety Environment, NEBOSH, and IOSH. Prior experience includes serving as a Metallurgist at Heavy Mechanical Complex and as a Private Tutor. ADEEL holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology, earned in 2022.
