Ambreen Jalil

Ambreen Jalil has a diverse background in human resources, with experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Starting as Manager of the Human Resource Development Centre at the Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar from 2009 to 2011, Ambreen managed project resources and conducted HR procedures. Subsequently, as Assistant Manager at USAID's Career Development Centre, Ambreen focused on career counseling for graduates. The role at Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Ltd as HR Specialist involved talent acquisition, employee engagement, and managing HR systems. Ambreen gained further expertise as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Sitara Chemical Industries Limited and is currently serving as HR Business Partner at Descon. Ambreen also has experience in training and evaluation with BEFARe and served as Facilities Executive at BAT, along with academic credentials including an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar and a BCS from the University of Peshawar.
