Haroon Awan is an experienced electrical engineer with a background in control systems design and proposal development. Awan began a career as a Trainee Engineer at Naveena Denim from May 2021 to November 2022, before progressing to a Design & Proposal Engineer role at Avanceon Middle East & South Asia from October 2022 to June 2025. In this capacity, Awan focused on the detailed design and architecture of various control systems including DCS, SCADA, and PLC, with expertise in reading P&IDs and SLDs and preparing IO lists for power plants and water treatment facilities. Currently, Awan serves as a Design Engineer at Descon since June 2025. Awan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, completed in 2020.
