Jihad Alam is a Planning Engineer at Descon since July 2023, having previously held positions as a Graduate Trainee Engineer and FLIP Intern. Jihad served as Liaison Head at the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) from October 2022 to June 2023 and completed an Engineer Internship at National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (NESPAK) in July-August 2022, where responsibilities included working on the design of multistory buildings using Etabs software. Jihad holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (2019-2023), an Intermediate in Pre-Engineering from Edwardes College Peshawar (2016-2018), and a Matriculation from Frontier Corps Public School (FCPS) Chitral (2014-2016).
