Muhammad Javed is currently the Head of Project Monitoring and Control in the Construction Division at Descon Engineering Limited, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they managed operations in the Pakistan Business Area of the same division. Javed has extensive experience in project monitoring and control, having held similar positions within Descon since 2015, where they oversaw the monitoring and control functions for numerous projects both in Pakistan and overseas. They earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, graduating in 1994.
