Osama Bashir is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Incharge Civil & Geo Tech at Descon since March 2024. Prior to this role, Osama worked as Manager Civil at Frontier Works Organization from March 2021 to March 2024, and held the position of Civil Engineer Design at Presson Descon International (Pvt) Ltd from October 2017 to June 2020. Osama's career began as an Assistant Engineer Design & Project Coordinator at Pakistan Consulting Associates from December 2014 to October 2017. Academically, Osama holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore (2010-2014), and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from The University of Lahore (2019-2022), alongside a Matriculation from Divisional Public School Model Town Lahore (2005-2009).
