Saad Muneeb

Saad Muneeb is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in performance management, compensation, and benefits across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Performance & Rewards at Descon since December 2021, Saad has previously held managerial roles in compensation and benefits at ECS and as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Haier Pakistan. Expertise includes the development of onboarding processes, career path policies, and leadership training programs. Saad has also contributed significantly to HR operations at Himont Pharmaceuticals and Sefam Pvt Limited, managing recruitment and performance analytics, while playing a key role in implementing HR technologies like SAP HCM. Saad holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Punjab and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the International Islamic University, Islamabad.
