Usman Ahmad

Usman Ahmad has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, having worked in various roles with different companies since September 2003. Currently, Usman is serving as the Manager People Services at Descon, where they are responsible for managing future workforce requirements and recruitment for the company. Prior to this, Usman held positions such as Head HR & Admin at Zealcon Engineering Pvt Ltd and HR Manager at ASIA BOLTS INDUSTRIES LLC, where they managed various HR tasks including employee relations, recruitment, and training. Throughout their career, Usman has been involved in implementing HR policies, screening candidates, and maintaining relationships with recruitment sources.
