With a tenure at DesCor Builders beginning in March 2007 and extending to the present, Phil has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills. Prior experience includes a role as Superintendent at Cimorelli Construction from September 1996 to September 2005. Phil's educational background features attendance at Aloha High School.
