Fiona Lau

Fiona Lau is an experienced Learning Designer and Instructional Design and Operations Manager currently at Descript. Previously, Fiona crafted over 30 SaaS-focused e-learning courses at Meta, impacting a global learner base of 2 million and collaborated with the Global Marketing Team to enhance customer education materials. They have also designed and developed impactful training programs at ACES, improved social media engagement as a Freelance Social Media Manager, and contributed to training at the San Francisco Unified School District. Fiona holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design & Marketing from California State University-Sacramento.
