Leon Pinto

Leon Pinto has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Leon started their career in 2005 as a Marketing Agent at Go Wealthy Real Estate, where they promoted new properties and interacted with clients. In 2006, they moved on to Fluid Productions, working as an Event Management Coordinator. Here, they coordinated events, supervised conflicts, and assigned duties to team members. In 2007, Leon joined Farnek - Avireal Middle East LLC as an HR Payroll Executive, responsible for managing payroll for over 1700 employees. Their most recent role was at Desert Group, where they worked as the Head of Human Resources since 2012. In this position, they managed HR initiatives for over 3700 employees across multiple countries, including negotiations with hired labor vendors, identifying operational issues, and ensuring employee safety.

Leon Pinto obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Mahatma Gandhi University from 2004 to 2007. Leon later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Cardiff Metropolitan University. In terms of certifications, Leon completed the Certified Manager Programme from the Chartered Management Institute in 2021 and obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD in 2015.
