Dustin Stephens

Dustin Stephens has extensive experience in military and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Platoon Sergeant and Section Leader at A Btry 145th FA since August 2017, Dustin has previously held multiple roles at Desert Tech from April 2014, including Process Improvement Manager, Production Manager, Assembly Manager, Distribution Supervisor, Lean Manager, Manufacturing and Assembly Manager, and Warranty Manager. Prior to this, Dustin served as a Combat Engineer in the 118th Sapper Company from August 2004 to August 2017. Education includes a high school diploma from Viewmont High School, completed between 2000 and 2003.
