Ayushi is currently a Senior Executive in Strategic Initiatives at Design Cafe, focusing on launching a new luxury interior design brand. They previously served as an HR Business Partner at Jar, where they established a company-wide performance management system and won the Rocketeer Award. Ayushi has also held roles including Business Development at VideoForm and Head Placement Coordinator at Aspire, demonstrating a strong background in leadership and strategic marketing. They are pursuing an MBA in Management Practice and Leadership from The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women.
